Speaking on Thursday'due south episode of Lorraine, the opera star was joined by fellow BGT success stories Jamie Raven and Francine Lewis as they detailed their career highs.

Reflecting on his time on the show - which he competed in when he was merely 18 - Jonathan explained: 'It's been five years, it completely blows my mind that information technology'south been so long. I was a kid when I went on the show.
'I've been able to forge a career, as soon as the prove ended me and Charlotte were in the studio, I'm exited for the future.'
Despite starting his journey with all-time friend Charlotte, the singer admitted that they were no longer every bit close.

Asked by Lorraine Kelly if they were still pals, he admitted: 'Nosotros don't actually get to speak very often but that's the nature of it.
'You don't really go the time to speak to your friends, my family unit comes everywhere with me and they're my longevity.'
He added: 'My album is out and I've got many things in the pipeline. I'm recording some things - let's keep that on the down low - and I'1000 starting to write some things.'

Jonathan and Charlotte recorded their first anthology, Together, for Simon Cowell's characterization Syco, and it reached No 5 in the British charts. Their 2nd anthology, Maybe Honey, was released by Sony Music a year later in October 2013.
The pair decided to go their separate ways in 2022 after they were both offered solo tape deals by Sony Deals.
In a statement, they announced: 'We accept had the nigh heady journeying together ever since meeting at West Hatch High School in 2006 and are so happy for each other.
To come up second on BGT and sell over quarter of a meg albums was beyond our wildest dreams. To now be offered our own solo record deals by Sony Classical is the most exciting thing ever and we are thrilled to exist going dorsum into the recording studio and so soon.
